SAIP – Special Automobile Insurance Policy
New Jersey’s SAIP program offers limited auto insurance to residents enrolled in federal Medicaid with hospitalization. We assist eligible drivers with SAIP enrollment.
What SAIP covers
SAIP provides emergency medical benefits and a death benefit. It does not provide liability, collision, or comprehensive coverage. Drivers carrying SAIP can still be sued for damages they cause in an accident.
Who is eligible
You may qualify for SAIP if you are a New Jersey resident currently enrolled in federal Medicaid with hospitalization. Eligibility is determined by the State of New Jersey.
What we do
We walk you through the SAIP application and help you complete enrollment. There is no commission to us on SAIP – we offer this as a service to the community.
Important: SAIP is not a substitute for standard auto insurance for drivers who can qualify for it. We’re happy to compare your options.
